bagh1 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bagh1 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested not to use any bagh1 services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bagh1 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). All deadlines and effective dates will be determined following Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

The word "services" as used in these Terms refers to bagh1's website, mobile version, sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all other gaming products. These Terms provided in English shall be considered the authoritative version.

1.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all current and future services of bagh1. Separate special terms may exist for specific services or promotions, which will be clearly stated alongside that service. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and special terms, the special terms shall take precedence.

To create an account on bagh1, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 and above only").
• Information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• One person may operate only one account.
• An active mobile number and valid email address are required for account registration.
• Officers, employees of bagh1 and their family members are restricted from participating in certain promotions.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bagh1 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to provide required documents for verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds. Processing of large withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You may be held personally responsible for any unauthorized transactions if you fail to report them in time.
• bagh1 may apply a two-step verification process to prevent suspicious activity.

All financial transactions on bagh1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 5 for details).
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

bagh1 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each promotion may have its own special terms. General bonus terms are listed below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The bonus is applicable once only and will be granted for one account per household / address / IP address.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• If bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Any funds earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• bagh1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• VIP program benefits (Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers) are governed by separate VIP rules.

All bets on bagh1 are governed by the following general rules:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless special permission is granted by bagh1.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bagh1 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded, though specific rules depend on the type of sport involved.
• Separate special rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• bagh1 is not responsible for technical errors from third-party game providers; bets placed during such time may be considered void.
• Special rules for live casino games will be displayed alongside each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bagh1. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or coordinated betting (arbitrage betting) for the purpose of abuse.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating the platform using bots, automated software, or other technical advantages.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the normal operation of the platform.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Operating an account on behalf of minors.

Unless the account is closed for justified reasons, real funds in the account at the time of closure (not bonuses) will be returned within a maximum of 30 business days. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud or breach of terms.

bagh1 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet disconnection.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or information breach.
• Unexpected natural disasters or events beyond human control (force majeure).

bagh1's total liability will never exceed the amount of the relevant transaction. bagh1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
